Beauty and Health Tips!

I Will Continue to Post These! Track These Hashtags On Twitter Also!

Health, Beauty & Skin Tips:

  •  Did you know that some sweet treats like oreos, instant Jell-o and skittles contain animal by-products, such as animal fats or 'animal gelatin'. I'm not sure if this may or may not be harmful to your body, but animal gelatin is not intended for consumption and is bad for people dieting or wanting to lose weight.

  •   Did you know some cruelty brands of makeup that test on animals MAY contain animal by-products such as animal fat in their makeup? Now, I'm not sure if this may or may not be harmful to your body, but to be on the safe side & if you're against animal testing, then do your research and switch products.

  •   Beauty is skin deep/ TALC & MICA can be harmful to your health in constant and excessively high doses in your makeup. Be sure to check the ingredients in your everyday makeup! If you ever experience discomfort from makeup you use, such as headaches or light-headed stop use and speak to your doctor.

  •  Talc in makeup CAN & MAY cause acne. (Learned from research AND personal experience.) If you see signs, check your ingredients, and buy new talc-free makeup, it may be a bit more expensive but it is definitely worth it.

  •  Biotin vitamins are AMAZING for your hair & nails. Helps them grow much longer, shinier and stronger. Must have for all females.

  •  A quick way to get pearly white teeth is to add a bit of peroxide and baking soda to your tooth brush, only do this 2-3x a week since doing this treatment often can cause erosion of tooth enamel. Another tip is using whitening strips and toothpaste that already contains baking soda & peroxide, brush teeth 2x a day.

  •   Applying a white eyeliner onto your lower water line and the corner of your eyes will instantly make your eyes appear bigger & brighter! Great trick to use if you need to instantly brighten up your eyes, especially after a long work day or sleepless night.

  • For fabulous, frizz-free , smooth on just a little bit of Coconut oil over your hair for luscious locks, and a sleek finish! So simple, right? And it can be found right in your kitchen!
