So I've spotted a new trend alert! I've been seeing tons and tons of people, as well as the hottest celebs at the moment (Miley Cyrus, Rihanna, etc.) rocking gold chunky chain-link necklaces, bracelets and glitzy watches. You can spot this trend on models strutting it on the runways, or on your fav idols and fashionistas strolling along the sidewalks. This just happens to be one of my favorite accessory trends and it's gotten pretty popular! So will you be rocking this trend, all glammed out in glitzy gold? If you're looking for some absolutely amaze watches or jewelry to shine bright in this season, I have to say that Michael Kors is definitely one of my favorite designers to choose from! You have to check out his gorgeous watches and other items by M.K. I have no reviews on their items or service since I haven't shopped at their sites yet.

Yaas, I just had to treat myself a bit for my birthday (March 11th) and buy three gorgeous M.K. watches from Dillard's. They have just enough glitz and gold-tone to really satisfy any fashionista! I'm big on bling, I love the shine but I also love great quality good priced items, especially when I'm jewelry shopping. It's such a great feeling to find amazing pieces of jewelry for reasonable prices. Yeah, it gets pretty serious! So far, I have nothing but great things to say about Kors' watches. They look amazing, even better in person. The ones I purchased are listed below!

Hottest Shoe Trend!

Strappy open toe ankle cuff sandal heels are currently all the rave this season, so I had to get my hands on a pair! This style of shoe has been since on pretty much everybody in the spotlight! It's a definite huge trend. Here are my white Chinese Laundry sandal heels with back zipper detailing. I bought this pair from a lovely store called Dillard's.

Jennifer Lawrence looks absolutely amazing on the Golden Globes red carpet that was held at the Beverly Hills Hilton Hotel today! She's such a breath of fresh air, just look at her! I really love her entire look, from her latest edgey, popular blond bob & trendy makeup that compliments her elegantly simple ballroom style Dior dress & amazing emerald jewelry! The BLING is real, people! So she lost her bracelet on the red carpet, so what? She went about it like a pro, calm & cool just like we'd expect her to. Now, we're all gaga for JLaw but we know very well that there's so much more to her than just her looks. She's an amazingly talented actress with a personality that made us all for her! She took 2013 by storm, and it seems she's ready to take 2014 as well, starting off the year with a Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress Role in the popular movie, American Hustle!

Ethereal Crown Braid!

Dear lovelies! Je m'excuse, for my beyond tired facial features & unacceptably non-fresh face, lol!
Here's a few pics of my first attempt. This is my own version of my current favorite hairstyle off the catwalk, The "Ethereal" Crown braid! With a bit of teasing for body and lift to add elegance and sleekness.
It held together surprisingly very, very well from about 10am til' 12am, with just 3 large bobby pins & Fantasia IC Hair Polisher. If you've seen most of my videos or asked me questions personally, then you may know I'm not a huge fan of hair products at all. The ethereal crown braid style has been seen all over, Including: Milan Fashion week, Valentino runway looks Spring '13 and more.
The look is even in some of our favorite and very popular movies and series, such as Game Of Thrones. Please let me know if you'd like to see a video tutorial.

Vintage Style Designer Heels!

So I was going through my closet of older clothes and shoes I don't wear that often & where I kept some items I put away and packed up for donating or possibly Etsy (I usually just donate them), and I came across a few things that I wanted to share! Well, first off I found these Chinese Laundry heels! These use to be my favorite shoes when I first got them a few years ago. I thought that they looked really stylish and classic. They're white four-inch heels with buttoned ankle straps and white polka-dotted red inner soles that have the words CHINESE LAUNDRY printed out in gold. They even have the website on the bottom of the shoes! They're a really cool vintage-looking pair of four-inch heels. Not too tall, not too short of a heel, which I found perfect for everyday wear. These shoes also reminded me of a pair of heels Marilyn Monroe once wore on the movie 'The Seven Year Itch' that she starred in. Although the heels are quite old they're still gorgeous, and in good condition!

Being Happy By Being Yourself, and Loving and Accepting Yourself As You Are Is What Truly Makes You so Beautiful!

I believe women, and men too, of all sizes are beautiful in their own way. Petite built girls with lovely, delicate features & bone structures with subtle yet beautiful womanly curves are gorgeous. Curvy built, voluptuous girls that embody womanly eye-catching head-turning hips, thighs and bust lines are gorgeous. Lean-built men with subtle slender muscles and delicate yet manly features with strong prominent bone structures are handsome. Muscular & larger built men with very notably strong & large manly and chiseled features are handsome. And every kind of body type in-between all of these I listed are JUST as beautiful or handsome in their own way. If you really thought about it, you'd find beauty in everything and anything if you not only LOOK hard enough but also THOUGHT deep enough.

So basically, in general, If you stay close minded, you shut out SO many possibility & close many doors on alot of opportunities that may & most likely WILL be life-changing.  You'll just have to experience new things & figure that out for yourself. Don't trash something til you've tried it for yourself. Don't judge something til you've been through it for yourself. Opening your mind, opening your life, opening yout heart, lets happiness and so much more rewarding things & feelings in that make the bad things seem so small &worth it...

The Perfect Hair Bun (Ballerina Bun) Tutorial!

What you'll need:
Bobby pins
2 Hair bands
1 Leg warmer or Sock with a hole cut in it.

Instructions:
1.Tie hair into a high ponytail.
2.Roll leg warmer/sock and place over ponytail, pull hair through.
3.Cover leg warmer/sock with hair from ponytail until only your hair is visible.
4.Pin your bun into place.
5.Place second hair band over bun.
And you're done!
